Delivery and Production Times

A limited stock of CARV leather goods are ready to ship with all others being made to order. The description text for each product specifies whether the item is ‘ready to ship’ or ‘made to order’.

• Standard delivery of ‘ready to ship’ items is estimated at 2-3 working days (subject to Royal Mail).
• For ‘made to order’ goods a production time estimate is provided in the product description text. Becky endeavours to produce made to order items as quickly as possible while giving every piece the care and attention to detail it deserves. Once the item is finished, standard delivery is 2-3 working days. If you are requesting a delivery deadline ahead of the estimated production time then please select ‘Express Shipping’.

Free UK Shipping

Standard shipping to all UK addresses is now free! All packages are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked service to ensure it reaches your door safely. Orders will normally be delivered 2-3 working days from completion (subject to Royal Mail). Your package will require a signature.

Subject to availability UK customers can upgrade to Express Shipping (guaranteed next working day delivery) for a flat rate charge of £7.50 for small goods (belts, wallets and purses) and £12 for bags and backpacks. Orders must be placed by 12pm at the latest for guaranteed delivery the next day.

Please note the Express Shipping option is available for ‘ready to ship’ items only and is not available for made to order items.

International Shipping

CARV leather goods can be shipped worldwide via the International Tracked Royal Mail service or Parcelforce Worldwide for larger items. Postage charges and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and costs are now calculated based on weight. The following are approximate (target) delivery timescales (subject to Royal Mail and local carriers):

• Europe - 5-7 working days
• US and Canada - 5-10 working days
• Australia - 10 working days
• Hong Kong - 10 working days
• Rest of World - 10 working days

Please note:

• Delivery timescale targets cannot be guaranteed.
• The correct shipping charges must be paid in full before orders can be dispatched.
• All customs and tax charges (including import VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Packages will be sent with a tracking reference and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure receipt of the delivery or collection from a delivery office. If packages are missing and returned to sender CARV an additional postage charge will need to be paid to get packages re-sent.
